どっぽぉぎぃ
最近ぺきろぐにちょくちょく出没中の
韓国人ルームメイトじな。
今日はトッポギを作ってくれました（´∀｀）
作り方は簡単。
①コチュジャンを弱火にかける
②ふつふつ煮えたらお水を投入
③必要なら砂糖を入れる
④沸騰してから韓国のお餅”ドッ”を入れる
⑤”ドッ”に大体火が通ってから野菜を投入
⑥全体が煮えたら出来上がり。
ただ問題は、じながトッポギを作ったことないってことでした・・・
とりあえず出来上がったじなトッポギ。
何が入ってると思いますか？
一度味見してなんかおかしいと思ったじなは
何を思ったか私のポン酢を取り出して0,5デシリットルほど投入 Σ（´Д｀；）
まだなんかおかしいと思ったじなは
中国でよく売っている鶏精（ji1jing1、コンソメのような調味料）を少々入れる ヾ(ーー )ォィ
『做好了！（できたー！） (`･ω･´)じな』
ほんとかよ～と思いつつ食べるとまぁまぁいける。
ポン酢を入れた割にはすっぱくなくて、コチュジャンの甘みがあって
辛さもちょうどよくて私は嫌いじゃなかったんですが
やっぱりじな本人は納得がいかないらしく
最後にハッと気づいたように一言
『しぃゆぇん（私）、これトッポギじゃなくてトッポギ鍋だ・・・ （´・ω・｀）』
こないだの鍋を思い出したんだね・・・
ドンマイじな！がんばれじな！負けるなじな！
私の誕生日にも何か作ってくれるそうです。
とりあえず楽しみにしとこう（笑）
